Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or alterations must be put in writing to the ARASMI 2015 Conference Manager. If registration cancellation is received in writing:

• By 1st May 2015 a $100.00 cancellation fee will apply
• By 1st June 2015 50% of registration monies paid will be refunded
• After 10th July 2015 no refund on money paid

Please also note that any accommodation booking cancelled within 30 days of the conference is subject to 100% cancellation fees charged directly by the hotel.
