Studying the effects of new treatments and medications in Clinical Trials occurs in specialized and well equipped centers. ARASMI runs investigator-initiated and industry-sponsored Clinical Trials in patients with respiratory conditions including:

  • ASTHMA
  • COPD (emphysema and chronic bronchitis)
  • Pulmonary Hypertension
  • Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis
  • Lung Cancer
  • Sleep Disorders

All of our Clinical Trials are approved by a Clinical Research Ethics Committee and run in accordance with GCP and ICH guidelines. Patients are fully briefed and asked to sign a consent form before enrolling in a study.

ARASMI has conducted one of the largest single Centre trials by recruiting and randomizing over 1,500 subjects in the trial entitled "A randomized controlled trial of an enhanced potency seasonal influenza vaccine in subjects with chronic diseases and the elderly".

Support for our original research is provided by ARASMI Research Fund, which raises and administers funds for research projects. Your donation, no matter how small, will help make a difference.
